Harcourts Dancing for Hospice

Harcourts Dancing for Hospice returns for a fourth year! 2019 event details will be updated soon.

For the past three years, Rotorua Community Hospice has entertained the Rotorua Community with their successful fundraising event, Harcourts Dancing for Hospice. With the help of our wonderful community we’ve raised over $400,000.

We pair twenty local identities together that have little or no dance experience.  Following 15 weeks of professional training, we host a one-night-only show where the ten couples perform their choreographed dance routine. Four celebrity judges score each couple deciding on two finalists and eventually, an overall winner. Throughout the evening, there is additional entertainment and a live and silent auction.

The overall goal is to raise vital funds to ensure Rotorua Community Hospice can proved free-of-charge care to anyone with a life-limiting illness.
