Rotorua’s biggest night out is back for 2026. Join us on Saturday, 19 September at the Energy Events Centre. Watch 20 locals, after 15 weeks of instruction and a lot of practice they will perform a Latin or ballroom dance in front of over 1,750 people.
The event helps raise awareness and much-needed funds for Rotorua Community Hospice. We aim to raise over $120,000 from this event. You can help by attending the event, donating, and/or bidding on an auction prize.
Housekeeping Notes for the Show
There are strict policies for alcohol. If you arrive at Harcourts Dancing for Hospice and appear to be intoxicated, you will not be permitted entry. Bags will be searched on arrival. If at any stage during the event you appear to be intoxicated, you will be asked to leave the event.

Ticket Information
There is a range of tickets available, from platinum, gold, silver, and bronze tables, as well as tickets in our grandstand. Tables are limited and will sell out. They go on public sale on Monday, 10 August 2026. They will be available online via Ticketmaster and at the box office in Sir Howard Morrison Centre on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am – 2 pm.
