Seeds of Support - Regular Giving programme

A community of supporters who make a regular automatic donation.

April 29, 2019

Seeds of Support Regular Giving programme is a community of supporters who generously make a regular automatic donation to Rotorua Hospice. Monthly donations help us provide free of charge care for anyone living with a life-limiting illness, as well as their friends and whanau

Joining Seeds of Support is one of the most powerful and effective ways you can support Rotorua Hospice in ensuring everyone with a life-limiting illness receives the specialist care and support they need.  It allows us to plan ahead, budget effectively and fund our nurses, health care assistants and social worker to provide the care our patients need.

And hopefully, it makes it easier for our supporters too – giving regularly by automatic payment from your bank account means being able to contribute a manageable amount at a frequency that suits you. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly options are available and no amount is too big or small!

As more people are diagnosed with terminal illnesses each year, and demand for our service increases, the need to ask our community for ongoing support increases. We know a regular gift may not work for everyone and we are grateful for however you choose to support Rotorua Community Hospice – thank you!

This is Kelly's story

Without Hospice, we wouldn’t have been able to have it the way it was. Being at home was so important to Mum and to Tony and I. Hospice is the only thing that allowed that.
